UK
We always endeavor to deliver your order right away however, in some cases this might not be possible. In such instances we will contact you to advise you of our best delivery date to see if you can accept this.Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail recorded delivery and therefore someone will be required to sign for the package. Our standard fee for postage to the UK is charged at £2.45. Should you check out with items exceeding £ 60.00, shipping is FREE. (Please make sure you choose the relevant option on the payment page.)
Orders will be sent to the delivery address quoted on your order. We can not accept any liability for an incorrect delivery address. We cannot take responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel, if by request it is left somewhere rather than signed for at your address.
Should any item you order be out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days of your order.
Europe

Should any item you order be out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days of your order.
On occasion items may be lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact our customer services by email at returns@otismelotis.co.uk or by telephone on +44 (0) 207 702 7829 quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier.
Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must take good care of the goods pending their return to us. |
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please return them to us unworn in their original packaging within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Before posting the item, please send us an email quoting the order number and the reason for returning it to returns@otismelotis.co.uk. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting.
This is subject to the following conditions:
1. You are responsible for returning the item to us
2. You will be responsible for the costs of return(unless the item is faulty)
3. The item must be unused (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item), in its original condition with all tags attached and returned with its packaging
4. You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges)

Once the item has been received by us we will arrange a refund or replacement accordingly.
Should you have an item that is faulty please follow the above instructions and we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
